As Vice President of Operations, Katelyn brings more than 12 years of leadership experience serving skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities. She is dedicated to supporting community teams, enhancing resident experiences, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care through operational excellence.
Katelyn has extensive experience leading multi-site operations, improving clinical quality and financial performance, and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational success.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Katelyn is passionate about building strong teams and fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.
Corissa Foss, RN BSN MHA
Corporate Director of Clinical Services
Corissa Foss is a seasoned professional nurse with over 30 years of dedicated experience across hospital settings, home health agencies, and senior living communities. She combines hands-on clinical expertise with a robust background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and process improvement to elevate care standards and operational efficiency wherever she serves.
Corissa is passionate about creating systems that deliver safe, consistent, and compassionate care. She brings infectious energy to every project, guiding clients through the complexities of healthcare delivery so their loved ones can live their best, most fulfilling lives. Corissa holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from St. Catherine University, and a Master’s Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Sarah Hook, DNP, MSN, BSN, LALD, CADDCT
Director of Triage Services
Sarah Hook brings more than 25 years of experience serving seniors and supporting professionals across the senior care field. An Alzheimer’s and dementia specialist recognized by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners, she offers expertise in compliance, regulatory work, nursing leadership, and risk management. Licensed to practice nursing in 43 states, Sarah brings understanding of multistate regulations to her work. Her strengths also include mentoring and training nurses and staff and improving clinical and operational processes.
